About Me
I am Geeta Sai Charan, an 18-year-old A Level student at Shrewsbury International School India. I currently study Mathematics, Physics, Design and Technology, and Global Perspectives, subjects that challenge me to think critically, solve problems, and apply creativity to real-world situations.
I am a passionate designer and hands-on builder who enjoys transforming ideas into practical and functional products. My interest in engineering and design comes from a desire to understand how things work and create solutions that make a meaningful impact. Whether I am working on a design project, building a product from scratch, or exploring new technologies, I enjoy the process of turning concepts into reality.
Beyond academics, I am actively involved in sports and school life. I participate in football, squash, rowing, and swimming, which have taught me discipline, teamwork, leadership, and resilience. As Boarding House Captain and Football Team Captain, I have had the opportunity to lead by example, support my peers, and contribute positively to my school community.
I can speak multiple languages, including English, Hindi and Telugu, which allows me to communicate with people from different backgrounds. Overall, I am a curious learner who enjoys exploring new ideas, staying active, and constantly developing new skills.

Sports
My journey in physical education.
Squash
I began playing squash in 2025 and quickly developed a strong passion for the sport. Through consistent practice and dedication, I progressed rapidly and had the opportunity to compete at high levels. One of my proudest achievements was representing my school at the TAISI (The Association of International Schools of India) Sports Championship 2026, a national-level competition involving leading international schools across India, where I reached the semi-finals.
In addition to TAISI, I have participated in numerous inter-school tournaments, winning several matches while gaining valuable competitive experience. Squash has taught me discipline, mental resilience, and strategic thinking. I also regularly play with my teachers, Mr. Webb and Mr. Oldridge, which has created a healthy competitive environment and strengthened the bonds I share with my mentors.

Football has been a significant part of my life since Class 4. Over the years, I have participated in numerous tournaments, including the SFA (Sports For All) Championships, competing more than four times while representing Meru International School in Hyderabad.
I have played in various inter-school competitions as a Left Winger and also served as a Goalkeeper for one season, which helped me develop versatility and a deeper understanding of the game. Currently, at Shrewsbury International School India, I have had the privilege of serving as the Football Team Captain and representing my school in several leagues across Madhya Pradesh. Through football, I have developed leadership, teamwork, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Built strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Acted as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and project updates.

Athletics
Running has always been one of my greatest passions. I initially specialised in sprinting and competed in the 100-metre event at various competitions. I participated in the SFA (Sports For All) Championships on three occasions, competing against talented athletes from across Hyderabad, and secured third place in one of these competitions.
In recent years, I have expanded my interest to long-distance running and endurance events. I have successfully completed more than seven races, including 5K, 10K, 12K, and Half Marathon (21K) events. In 2025, I actively participated in multiple marathon events held in Bhopal. These experiences have strengthened my endurance, perseverance, and determination to continuously push my physical and mental limits.
